Rance series
Alicesoft's decades-long RPG series is genre-defining in Japanese adult RPGs. Long, mechanically dense, extremely popular in Japan. English releases of some entries reached the west officially.
Sengoku Rance
Widely considered one of the best adult games ever made in any category. Strategy layer wrapped around adult content. A reference for what an adult game can be at its most ambitious.
Western Anime-Style
